1. Who we are

NexaBox is a service of FB Software Solutions LLC, 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@nexabox.net or info@fbsoftwaresolutions.com.

2. What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, company and password when you create an account.
• Order and billing details: the products you choose, your billing address, VAT number if you give one, and your order history.
• Payment details: card payments are handled by Stripe on its secure systems. We do not store your full card number.
• Messages: what you send us through our contact and support forms or by email.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, which our servers record to run and protect the site.
• Customer data in your services: the records you and your team put into your ERP, email, storage or shop. You control this data, and we process it only to provide your service.

3. Why we use it

• To create your account and deliver, run and support the services you order.
• To take payment, send invoices and keep accounting records.
• To answer your questions and support tickets.
• To keep our systems secure and prevent misuse.
• To meet our legal obligations.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a secure business, our legal obligations, or your consent where we ask for it.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the service, and only as far as they need it:

• our hosting and server providers, including Hostinger
• Cloudflare, which protects traffic to our services
• Stripe, our payment provider
• email and backup providers
• advisers and authorities, where the law requires it

5. Where your data is kept

Our servers are in a data center in Frankfurt, Germany. FB Software Solutions LLC is based in the United States, so your data may also be accessed from or transferred to the United States and other countries where our providers work. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account and service data for as long as your service runs. After it ends, we delete or return customer data within a reasonable period, and backups expire in the normal course. We keep invoices and accounting records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

7. How we protect it

We use encrypted connections, individual logins with access rights, server monitoring and backups kept away from the live server. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit or object to its use, receive a copy, and withdraw consent. To use these rights, email info@nexabox.net. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Cookies

10. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not meant for children under 16.

We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top, and tell customers about important changes.
